Phantoms Spring Hockey Referral Program
Terms and Conditions
Effective: August 16, 2025
1. Eligibility
• The Referral Program is open to registered participants of the Phantoms Spring Hockey Program for the 2026 season.
• Referrers must have completed registration and paid the initial deposit to be eligible for referral credits.
2. Referral Credit
• A $30 credit will be awarded for each new player referred who:
• Registers for the Phantoms Spring Hockey Program
• Pays the required deposit
• Lists the referring participant’s name during registration
• Maximum of five (5) referral credits per registered participant, totaling up to $150 in credits.
3. Credit Application
• Referral credits will be applied only to the final balance due at the end of December 2025.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
• If the final balance is less than the total referral credits earned, the remaining credit will be forfeited.
4. Referral Validity
• Referrals must be submitted at the time of registration via the designated field or referral form.
• Late or unverified referrals will not be eligible for credit.
5. Program Duration
• The Referral Program is valid from August 16, 2025 through December 15, 2025.
• Credits will be calculated and applied by December 20, 2025.
6. General Conditions
• The Phantoms program reserves the right to verify all referrals and to deny credits for fraudulent or duplicate entries.
• The program may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice
