Homeschool Hockey
One of the great things about homeschooling is the flexibility you gain from not committing your child to show up to a school building everyday. We understand that many of your children and your families might have other commitments and/or priorities in the evenings and weekends which is why we've decided to run programming specific for homeschoolers.
Our programs run during the week in the middle of the day. If your child is already registered for a community hockey program but looking to get some more ice time, this will not interfere. If your child doesn't have a hockey background but participates in other activities in the evenings/weekends, this will not interfere. If you simply want to use your evenings as family time, this will not interfere.
For the 2024/25 season we have 2 different homeschool hockey programs.
- Homeschool Hockey Learn to Skate/Intro to Hockey - Has your child ever wanted to try hockey or learn to skate but life seems to get in the way? This program was designed for those new to skating and/or hockey to learn and become more proficient at both. Our focus is on the basics so that they can become familiar and gain confidence and enjoyment in doing it. This program is great for those new to the sport, even those already rostered to minor hockey association teams at older ages and players rostered to minor hockey association teams at the U7-U9 levels.
